Customer Service Representative (Voice-Blended) – Join Our Team!
About the Role We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about providing exceptional customer support through voice and non-voice channels.
If you excel at problem-solving, enjoy engaging with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear and professional support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for seamless service.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns.
What We’re Looking For Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
At least one year of customer service experience , preferably in a voice or blended role.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
