Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or senior sales roles, ideally in a global environment.
• Fluent in French and English
• Previous work experience across African markets is essential.
• Proven success in full-cycle B2B sales, including prospecting, deal closing, and relationship management.
• Deep understanding of the FinTech and cryptocurrency industry, with a passion for innovation.
• Demonstrated ability to work with executives and make strategic sales decisions.
• Strong track record in selling API solutions and managing distribution channels.
• Self-starter with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Capable of preparing high-quality reports and insights for executive stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
