Engenheiro / a de Minas - Direção de Produção (PT)
Será responsável pela gestão e otimização da produção da mina, garantindo a eficiência, segurança e sustentabilidade das atividades, assegurando a maximização da produtividade e rentabilidade da exploração mineira. Irá coordenar e supervisionar as operações da mina, gerindo os recursos humanos, materiais e equipamentos, garantindo a eficiência dos processos.
Requisitos da Função e Perfil de Competências
- Formação Superior em Engenharia de Minas, Geotecnia ou Geologia;
- Experiência profissional mínima de 5 anos em atividades mineiras, preferencialmente em mina de ouro a céu aberto;
- Domínio das ferramentas Office e softwares utilizados na mineração (Vulcan; Surpac; Autocad; Opit-Blast; ArcGis);
- Fluente em Francês (obrigatório) e Inglês (preferencial);
- Orientação para o cliente;
- Liderança, Motivação e Formação de equipas;
- Orientação para o Mercado / negócio;
- Disponibilidade para a mobilidade.
